		<description>I do zen meditation... it&#039;s made a huge difference. It&#039;s one of those simple but not easy things, but I&#039;ve been doing it for 12 years now and I find I am much better able to stay steady in situations that get me going... I tend more to anger than guilt, so this means my temper has improved a lot.

I love getting up and meditating while everyone else is still quiet and asleep.</description>
