Hi Soph,

I philosophise a lot too, and as with you it is a fairly regular cause of my anxiety problems.

I could argue that it's my philosophising that leads to my blog posts here. I tend to consume information about Asperger's (my special interest at play), and then philosophise about how what I've read impacts on me. It's lead to many great insights for me, and hopefully will keep doing so.

I read somewhere that women with Aspergers tend to philosophise A LOT rather than having special interests to the same degree that men do. Or something like that. I don't know how true that is across the board for all women, but it certainly applies to me.

I've actually found that my philosophising (which can be the cause of great anxiety) is helping me to understand who I am.
